We are not a single-person purchasing service; we are a team of buyers. We have 8 full-time buyers stationed in Paris and Italy, sourcing the luxury brands you need.

5. How to handle a lost package?
All packages sent domestically or internationally are insured. Any lost or damaged packages will be compensated.
